1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any services provided by JL117 Casino (hereinafter "JL117," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter "User," "Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies incorporated by reference. 2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register for and use JL117 services, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine Republic Act No. 9287 and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activities;
• Be physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and whenever accessing JL117 services;
• Possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• Not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to economic sanctions without prior disclosure and approval;
• Not have previously had an account with JL117 closed or suspended for breach of Terms or fraudulent activity.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account with JL117, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, valid mobile telephone number registered in your name, verifiable email address, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, and nationality. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with JL117. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false identities are strictly prohibited. JL117 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If we discover you have opened or attempted to open multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses credited to those accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), JL117 is required to verify the identity of all users through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents including but not limited to Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID card, or other PAGCOR-approved identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address such as recent utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.

JL117 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed. All personal information and documents submitted are protected under our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JL117 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party or allow others to access your account under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify JL117 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email.

All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, are your responsibility. JL117 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 3.2 Account Suspension and Termination

JL117 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, abused bonuses or promotions, engaged in collusion with other players, utilized automated betting systems or bots, engaged in money laundering or other illegal activities, or posed a threat to the integrity of our platform or other users.

Upon termination, any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits will be immediately forfeited. If your account balance contains funds at the time of termination (excluding forfeited bonuses), and you have not breached these Terms in a manner involving fraud or illegal activity, JL117 will process a refund of your remaining balance minus any administrative fees, subject to completion of identity verification procedures.

4. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

4.1 Deposit Methods and Procedures

JL117 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, and bank transfers from major Philippine banking institutions including but not limited to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other PAGCOR-approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50.00). There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; however, JL117 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding PHP 500,000 in any thirty (30) day period.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. JL117 does not charge processing fees for deposits, though your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the original source.

4.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your JL117 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). JL117 processes withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes for verified accounts during standard processing hours. Bank transfers may take one to two (1-2) business days depending on your banking institution.

Before processing your first withdrawal, JL117 requires completion of KYC verification procedures. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification if your account activity changes significantly or if we detect suspicious patterns. You may process up to five (5) withdrawal transactions per twenty-four (24) hour period. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching the name on your JL117 account.

If you have received any bonuses or participated in promotions, withdrawal of funds may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus amounts and associated winnings.

5. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

5.1 Bonus Terms

JL117 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are displayed on the promotion page at the time you claim the bonus and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, arbitrage betting, using bonuses exclusively on low-risk games, or any other behavior that JL117 determines to be abusive in its sole discretion, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place PHP 30,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings derived from it.

Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute less or be excluded entirely. JL117 reserves the right to void bonuses, bonus winnings, and any associated wagers if we determine that gameplay was undertaken primarily to satisfy wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies.

6. BETTING RULES AND GAME CONDUCT

6.1 General Betting Rules

In the event of a clear display error, technical malfunction, or system error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, JL117 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stake amounts. Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or other illegal means will be void. Any winnings derived from such bets will be forfeited, and your account will be permanently closed. JL117 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating fraudulent activity.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JL117 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without direct human input;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages, including chip dumping, soft play, or sharing hand information;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantages;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, syndicate betting, or other forms of advantage play that JL117 determines undermine the integrity of our games;
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from JL117 software;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code through JL117 platforms;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or JL117 staff through chat functions or other communication channels.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

The JL117 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of JL117 and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use JL117 services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any content accessed through JL117 without our express written consent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JL117, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use JL117 services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your JL117 account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting JL117 customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
